We expanded our Clinical Trial Services significantly, extending our offerings in clinical trial packaging, labelling, QP services, depot and distribution services to Latin America. This expansion has been pivotal in ensuring clinical study stability and effective budget management of global studies for our clients. In our Managed Access Services business unit, we celebrated 18 long term programs, primarily in MAP and EAP, each highlighting our commitment to accessibility and patient care on a global scale.

As we step into 2024, our focus shifts towards integration. This year’s motto of integration reflects our goal to seamlessly combine our growing group of companies and the services we provide. We are setting out to fully integrate our business units, whilst launching new logistics services for commercial and clinical freight through direct airfreight management. This integration aims to create a cohesive platform that enhances service delivery and operational efficiency across our expanded global network.

Key initiatives for 2024 include further investments to enhance the accessibility of novel treatments globally, embodying our slogan, “Making Healthcare Accessible.” We are particularly focusing on expanding our clinical trial packaging and labeling services in Spain to support our operations in Germany, and completing the opening of our new sites in Asia. Nurturing this expansion emphasizes the importance of our talented acquisition team, ensuring our growing team remains at the forefront of innovation and service excellence in the life sciences sector.
